Any good alternative to Mexico that's closer?

Looking to go away in July for 11 nights all inclusive somewhere hot and luxurious for our honeymoon.

Mexico seems to be good and can do it just within budget, but I don't like flying and would rather find something closer.

Looked at Egypt, and the prices and flight time win, but a few other negatives letting it down.

Is there anywhere else we should consider?

Mate i hate flying - however we went to Mexico via Thomson and i have to say it was bt far the nicest flight ever, It was a long way granted but there was loads of room, plenty to do via the back rest console in the way of movies, music and games and the whole flight didn't seem as long
