Hi Im stopping in NY for a day in March, arrive at 7.00pm tuesday and leave 4.00pm flight wednesday. I'm staying on 7th Ave at 55 street.

So can anyone do me an itinerary to fit in some of the must do sights including travel.

Many Thanks- never been to NY before.

Why are you travelling all the way into Manhattan for a layover? Going to waste quite a lot of time just travelling in and out.

If your flight is 4pm and international you will need to set off to the airport before 1pm. That doesn't give you much time to explore during the day. So, make the most of the night. Time square, rockefeller and Broklyn bridge are all good at night. You can go to the top of Rockefeller up until late and see the city. Much better than the empire state building.

Then, get drunk, very drunk and you won't need to fill the day after because you will have a hangover to entertain you.

I'm going to las vegas for 5 days and the flight stops at jfk so we decided to stop over a day, the main trip is vegas. The outbound flight is at 4pm to vegas (internal) on the wednesday so i think we only need to be at jfk an hour before for internal flights?.

Will go to Time Square, Rockefella and Brooklyn bridge all sound good at night.

On the wednesday we were thinking central park for a quick look, broadway, twin towers site, battery park to see the statue.

P.s Vegas (been before), plan on doing the hotels, speedway, gun range, grand canyon helicopter flight. If you can think of anything worth doing please let me know.

Better stock up on Red Bull and ProPlus. You'll be arriving at 2am GMT.

Imperial Palace car collection is good for an hour or so.
