Lake District Recommendations with good food and a hot tub!

The other half is treating me for my birthday but we want a place in the Lake District which has got a private hot tub included. Also needs to be walking distance to pubs and good restaurants, Michelin etc (if possible).

Don't know about hot tub, but Sharrow Bay is the tops for me. Michelin starred restaurant too. Beautiful setting and impeccable service.
