Recommended holiday cottage for about 25 people?

Can anyone offer any suitable suggestions - we have 2 x 40th's a 65th and a 21st in the Family next year so want to book somewhere in the summer - end July / early August. There will be children too so anything with a pool is preferable or some activities nearby. We were thinking the Lakes or Northumberland areas?

We used to stay here as a family and it was fantastic. It doesn't have a pool but has its own private beach.

Might not be big enough as it sleeps 20, but iirc they allow additional mattresses for kids to kip on.

Where ever it is, make sure it has at least five or six bathrooms.

Polhawn fort has 6 en suites and additional bathroom too. Should be plenty.

The kitchen is a proper kitted out caterers kitchen too so with industrial cookers, fridge and dishwasher.

Perfect for those big breakfasts!
