Warm Holiday ideas from UK end of Jan

My GF has tasked me with figuring out where we should go on our Holiday at the end of Jan. She wants hot. I hate sun bathing. So ideally she can cook in the sun and I can do other more interesting stuff. So far I'm thinking Barbados. Also my GF is 6 months pregnant so ideally we dont want to fly too far.

Canaries / Red Sea / Dubai / Oman (all a fair bit closer than the Carib)

Lanzaote is 3.5-3.75 hours. I go there a fair bit and highly recommend it (playa blanca).

Most other hot places are a lot further flying wise (oman, dubai, goa, s africa etc.)

How about Morroco as well ?
