Long weekend break ideas

Planning a long weekend in mid feb and looking for some inspiration.
Earliest I can fly/travel is late night on Friday 10th Feb and have to return by late night Tues 14th Feb so 4 days.
Open to beach holidays/sunshine/city breaks, not too worried.
Only real requirement is outside of the UK with good food. Budget probably £250 - £500pp for travel and accomodation.
Any ideas as to location/accomodation greatly appreciated... the floor is open.
