Where to go this Summer?

Hi all,
Girlfriend and I are unsure where to go on our summer hols this year.
Budget is about £700 per person for 10 nights excluding food. We like active holidays rather than just lounging on a beach - although somewhere warm would be nice.
Anyone been to anywhere good over the last few years? Over to you guys - recommendations??
