Recommend me an apartment please.

I usually go to Oz in the winter and have absolutely no experience of holidaying in Europe during the summer. I want out of the UK for 4 weeks, nice apartment, tranquil, guaranteed sun, ocean view and mod cons (internet, satellite TV etc etc). Spoken with travel agent but all package stuff, plenty of apartments on internet but a recommendation would be good.
