I wouldn't bother if I was you. Their humans are programmed by the same people that do their computers - to not listen and just say NO.

Haven't used them since they were unreasonable in December 2010 and I'd rather walk than give them any more of my money!

I tried to get through to them last week to book my daughter on a flight as an unaccompanied minor (Edin to Brussels) - after much much being passed around they told me they no longer do this (in spite of still doing it in August so not convinced this is right). Anyway! Booked her with BA (Ed to H'row to Brussels) and it was £80 cheaper. Will never used Flybe again - hopeless. Don't be fooled into thinking they are necessarily cheaper than other carriers.

I know, I know, they are probably the worst airline around but there are some domestic routes I use and the only choice is Flymaybe (since BA Regional sold out) so they're a necessary evil
