Driving / trip out from Melbourne Australia
Discussion
Morning all
We are off to Australia for Christmas and New Year and will be in Melbourne until around 2nd Jan then have to be back in Sydney around 8th Jan. So we have around 6 or 7 days in between where we can explore.
Any recommendations for places to visit / drives to do in & around Melbourne?
Thanks all

I would recommend a loop, start in Melbourne and then head to Geelong (Good breakfast/lunch at a place called The Cottage). From there head along the Great Ocean Road and then on to Port Fairy or even Portland. From there you can head up to the Grampians and back across to Melbourne, maybe visiting Ballarat on the way.

Nice. That's a lot of driving but it's not unpleasant driving by any means.Gassing Station | Holidays & Travel | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
