Long weekend in March

Afternoon all,

SWMBO and I have our 1 year anniversary in the coming March. We are looking to go away for 3 nights either mid week or over a long weekend. Only thing is it has to be a BA flight as we have £100 voucher to use after our honeymoon flights were terrible so after a complaint that is what we get for our hassles - great huh.
Where would people recommend? Italy seems to have lots of destinations available and we don't want to spend more than a few hours on a plane + we have to fly from Aberdeen first so Aberdeen to London is the first connection. Been to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris already.
We would also like it to be warmer than Aberdeen in March so anything above freezing point would be nice.
Total for hotels and flights you ask - £700-800 tops.

Can you not get an Easyjet (or similar) flight from Aberdeen to Faro/Lisbon/Florence/Istanbul?

Yea we just thought that we would get more variety flying from London as opposed to ABZ but if its going to be cheaper to fly direct from Aberdeen via sleazyjet we might just end up doing that.
