I've put it in holidays because these days the army's a little overstretched so I'm suggesting sending chavs as a form of privateer force (keeping what they find but staying there) but which country should we do next?
And I can't believe we missed Sweden. Besides they don't deserve a chav force that Wellington would have an apt name for.
