Villas in the south of france

a little help, in need of a 6 bed villa for rent in the South of france, for 3 families, (6 kids) - so near to waterparks, tree parks things, beach poss.....any suggestions? Looking for last week in aug....has anyone any experience of such villa?

ps heated pool prefered but on our history - heated pool can mean, it is but doesnt work, its solar heated etc.....never just heated...

Depends how far 'South' you wish to go. I live in the SW and my friends run this place with heated pool and really nice accomodation: www.gitesincharente.co.uk. Nearby to Futuroscope, Vallee des Singes (and tree houses to rent), good cycling, river sailing or canoeing and picnicing country, only 1 hr 45 from La Rochelle, Ile de Re and lovely beaches, also Angouleme, Potitiers, Limoges. Sorry forgot to add, there are 3 gites so each family can have one althought he bigger one sleeps 6. The couple who run it are also classic car fans and have a Mk2 Jag and two Citroen Dss to rent out!

What sort of budget are you looking at

probably up to £4k for the week, and six bedroom...

Pool. Grounds/space. Kids activties nearby. Peak season.

Its £5k.
