Hertz - Gold SAGA charge?

Hi all,
I hired a car for two and a half weeks from Marseille airport in July - August this year. The car was a 60,000km stter with bald tyres, but that's not the issue...
At the weekend I received a copy invoice to the value of 102.98 euro which has been charged to my credit card. The description of service states "GOLD SAGA CHARGE", which is neither helpful nor informative.
I've emailed Hertz to query this but as yet I've not had any response.
Has anyone had this experience before? Should I contact my credit card provider to state that the charge is fraudulent?

P.S. I'm 30 years old, so I don't think SAGA relates to the old person's discount scheme...

ring em , they take forever to respond to emails , but are fairly helpfull on the phone

I've now called Hertz, and even though the invoice is from them, they couldn't help. The car was hired through Advantage (a subsidiary of Hertz) so I'm now trying to contact them but I'm struggling to find a UK customer services number.

Cheers for that, had a quick look through and I'm still none-the-wiser... I've contacted Hertz, Advantage and Car Hire 3000 without any satisfactory answer so I'll probably instruct my bank to put a hold on the transaction.
