Ryanair No show letter needed. How do I do it?

Surprise Surprise I go to Insurance letters section to get the contact details... this sends me back to the original link I listed.
I need to ring them, so does anyone know of a customer services number that I can ring that is not going to cost me £1 per minute to be on hold due to it not being the correct number (its special assistance section which I dont need).
