Chaps,

Been offered a quick trip away with a friend to Thailand, looking to visit both Bangkok and Phuket. He's a airline pilot so doesn't think much about vaccinations as they are regular for him but its just struck me it might be wise for myself.

Problem is, we leave on the 6th and I know quite a few need a good month or two jabs +. I've had all the childhood jabs, and some many years ago for a trip to Africa. Worth getting some up to date shots before I go considering the timeframe, or just wing it? (Been to china numerous times and my doctor hasn't always told me not to bother with anything)

Thanks

Call your GP and ask for the up to date advice.

Will do, will be interesting considering his advice when I went to China was 'Don't bother, just don't get bitten by dogs'.

He's blunt but kind of refreshing.

I went to Thailand a number of years ago. Didn't bother with any vaccinations. Still alive.
