Just booked flights for May half term. Considering a few Airbnb options for accomodation.

Any recommendations on places to stay or things to do?

Done a few trips out there for family purposes.

https://www.montepaolo.it/en/ is a nice Agriturismo in the middle of nowhere ish if you wanted to get away for a few days.

Ostuni is a nice town getting down towards Brindisi.

Polignano a Mare is a nice enough town on the coast.

Bari itself isn't the best place in the world, but it's OK for a stroll around for an afternoon.
