Trip to Bruge Friday to Sunday

Hi All
We have a trip to Brugge planned this weekend.
Weve been before a while back, went to the beer and Fries Museum's and have a planned trip to Beer n Ribs and the Chocolate Museum this time round.
Apart from the Christmas Market, would anyone recommend anything else to see or restaurants to pay a visit?
Budget isn't high but not low ie we can go to a mid range restaurant Saturday evening for instance. Something traditional would be nice or highly recommended

ETA we were in Bruges about 6 weeks ago as a bit of a nostalgia thing and to check out whether the missus wanted to take the kids there for the Christmas market. It is a very interesting city, Venice of the North and all that but I can confirm that it is expensive to do pretty much anything. I dread to think what the Christmas market will add to that cost.

Yes I can see it will be an expensive experience. But we shall see, we have a few things in mind.

Seconded. Well worth a visit, even if you have done loads of brewery tours. I don't think the guy leading the tour was expecting questions on the technical details of his beer umbilical lay up, operating pressure and flow rate right enough...If you haven't done it, do the De Halve Maan brewery tour and enjoy the pint of fresh Bruges Zot. It is so much nicer as it hasn't been filtered etc.
Other than that - go up the tower, pretend you are in "In Bruges" and think "that's a long way to fall..."
The Historium is worth a shout as well, good for kids and adults as well, good view of the square with a beer in the Duvelorium also.

De Halve Maan brewery tour is excellent as mentioned. The Belfort tour is great too but get there early as the queues are normally large.

Brewery maybe a possibility but I think we may go and visit 2be beer wall Friday
So far we have that planned, Saturday - Canal Trip, Chocolate factory and xmas market, sunday Minnepark for the morning

Bruges is a top spot indeed and home of some proper beer. Make sure you head to the bottle shop and stock up. I filled up a large luggage with glasses and beer box sets, pretty good prices too.
Im into my beer so yes this is what il be doingAnyway have any recommendations to possibly see the AJ v Ruiz fight? Ive looked on The Monk website and it doesn't mention anything about having it live on tv

thole.Get to Zot on the tour and try Den Gouden Karpel or Lobster Pot...of fish is your thing. Damon chocolatier is great as are the oil and artisan shops.

Hotel Dukes' Palace is fab. We stay there since it's an end of year blowout, so decided to go a bit extravagant. There's always some really tasty metal in the car park. 
Brugges is great. We've been there several times.
Park Restaurant is amazing. It's a little more expensive but the quality of the food, venue and service is exceptional. They do a 7 course taster menu with wines to accompany and I had to ask them to stop pouring the wine as I just couldn't keep up. Brilliant place.

This little wine bar (Blend Winebar) is also an excellent place to sit and while away some time. Plate of cheeses, cold meat and a bottle of wine in a relaxed setting. Very nice.

Finally, the Beer Wall - you've probably already found this bar but it's well worth a visit and is always busy and lively. The outside terrace is great overlooking the canals.
