So much to choose from trawling through the sites is doing my fruit in. Any recommendations based on the following.

September up to £1500 per week
2 people but a cottage for 4-6 usually better ( sometimes friends join us for a couple of days)
2 dogs
Luxury quality place ( Mrs PR surprisingly fussy)
Secure garden/ patio
Parking
Walking distance to pub(s)
Breach and views a bonus but nor essential
Say a section of coast from Polperro to Falmouth.

Or any decent sites I should look at?

I assume you have looked at Sykes. We have just booked through them again.

Off beat suggestion, go different and look at Pembrokeshire? Like Cornwall but without the crowds, and cheaper?
For ideas try https://www.coastalcottages.co.uk

Thanks, but blmey that's a clunky site. It needs to be cornwall this time, planning on catching up with friends whilst there.

Try Aspects Holidays. Run by a woman I know, they do a great job.

We’ve stayed often at Trewince lodges on the Roseland peninsula. Walking distance to the beach and the pubs in Portscatho, not far to St Mawes and great views of both the sea and the Percuil creek.

I’d give classic cottages a ring (www.classic.co.uk). They’ve been in the area forever and have some nice stuff on their books.

We've booked a cottage in South Hams, from the classic cottages site.

Convenient for visiting friends, a shorter drive and an area we've not stayed in before. Looking forward to it.

Nice neck of the woods. I was down at Prawle Point a few months ago. Enjoy!

Is the Pigs Nose Inn still the same? I remember it being very "old school" to say the least - my pint of beer came from a barrel on the back of the bar biggrin

Toad Hall Cottages I think cover Cornwall as well as Devon and Dorset
