UK Hotels with Hottub/Jacuzzi Bath in the Room?

Trying to organise a weekend away with the missus (yes just the two of us and yes hopefully) and would really like to find a hotel room like the suite we had in Vegas with a fkmassive jacuzzi in the room.

Ideally within a couple of hours of the midlands and with a spa/gym onsite. Any suggestions please?
