A visit to Letna beer garden is well worth while. The view over the city is fantastic, and the beer is very reasonably priced. The first beer is the most expensive as you pay a deposit for the cup.
A cruise down the river is is a good way to spend a couple of hours.
The majority of stuff is easily walkable.

The first time we went we did the tourist things - the clock, the bridge, the castle, the horse/trap, golden lane, Jewish quarter etc - enjoyed them all. We still love the caricature we had done on Charles Bridge (shop around)
The second time we just chilled and drank lots in the square - it was while back but there is/was a restaurant right opposite the Astronomical clock which did the sweetest white truffle dishes

Head out of the town centre into the zizkov district and go up the TV tower, there is a bar/restaurant at the top and its got probably the best views of the city at the top.
There are also some weird baby sculptures climbing the tower too!

U Fleku used to be very good- brewery / pub / restaurant / music hall. Going back 30 years mind, half litre of beer was 12p and a plate of goulash and dumplings 26p....
I used to frequent 'U Fleku' when i lived in Prague, especially when friends/family came to visit. Good for a hearty lunch and a decent beer (or many).Lokál - there's a couple of them around Prague, busy, old school food hall, cheap beer and food.
If you're a keen burger or beef tatare fan, there is a local butchers called 'Nase Maso' that also cooks and sells its own meat. Also sells beer, which you pour yourself.
If you want a proper coffee in the morning, you have 'La Bottega' (Italian cafe type place).
If you fancy a VERY good pizza, 110% recommend the traditional Italian called 'San Carlos'. Make a reservation.
'Restaurace Hybernia' - good food and beer tap on your table. Self-pour, they charge by how much you've poured. Pretty cool. Probably worth making a reservation and asking for a beer tap table.
If you've had enough beer, there is a interesting cocktail places called 'Anonymous', pretty cool at night. Order the Flamin' Jack (I think what's what they call it). They turn off the lights and do some fancy flamed drink pouring.
Rent a bike (yes they are pink) and cycle around down the river etc. There's always a bar, pub of some kind along the way: https://www.rekola.cz/en/

It's like taking dinner in someone's front room and for musical accompaniment there's a chap knocks a few tunes out on the piano in the background. Interesting and very distinguished previous guest list.

A couple of ideas to add to those already mentioned:
Walk down the river (about one mile?) and up to Nyserehad, which is a sort of elevated gardens with a nice restaurant/bar and good views. We went on a Saturday morning and there was a brilliant riverside market with all sorts of food stalls.
Or there's a funicular train up to the Petrin tower, where you can pay to climb to the top and get great views.
If you fancy an Irish bar that does good food I'd recommend Rocky O' Reilly's off Wenceslas Square; it's not posh but good value and we had a fun night there.

Towards the back from the sound of it. Like someone suggested “lokal” is pretty cool and very cZech. They are dotted around the city and around prague.
Check out the “next door” restaurant at the cosmopolitan hotel in the city centre it’s not far from the shopping Center. Very nice food and not mega expensive. I think it’s owned by the cZech version of Gordon Ramsey
U Prince hotel bang in the centre opposite the clock tower has a lovely roof bar. You might need to book
Zazazu is a very cool place, very modern fusion restaurant but is a ride out from the centre not fa but not in the Centre.
The city centre has loads of cool places to eat and drink.
Don’t change money at a kiosk, they have techniques do shaft you, best do it before, at your hotel or pay by card.
Restaurants in the wencelas square are over priced and nothing special.
Uber is dirt cheap, make use of it definitely.
