OS map equivalent in Portugal

I'm going to Portugal on Saturday for a bit of adventure and completely overlooked maps! Is there a Portuguese equivalent to an OS map system?

Is an app an option? You can get maps down to 1:25k from CIGeoE via an OutdoorActive app subscription, though I'd check with them if you need a Pro or Pro+ sub
