Water based adventures or land based? Sailing, windsurfing etc or biking, tree canopy walking and forests?

We've just got back from Europa Park and Rulantica in Germany. Both brilliant if you like Theme Parks and Waterparks. You could easily do a couple of days at each.

Mountain biking holidays in the Alps are also great. You can't beat a 1000m of uplift in 15 minutes. Full on though
