Passport printed, how long before it arrives?

We applied for our babies first passport a few weeks ago, paying for an expedited service/secure document delivery.

We had emails/messages on the 10th May saying that the passport had been printed and was being transferred for delivery. On getting the email we booked a holiday, leaving on 14 June...

Although her birth certificate has been returned the passport has not arrived - how long does it normally take? Should we start getting worried?
