Caribbean... USD, Euro, Card Payments

Evening. We are on a cruise later this month that eventually arrives in the Caribbean, specifically

Tortola, Virgin Islands, British
Saint Kitts and Nevis
Martinique
Barbados

Are the islands cash only? Are ATM's readily available?

I believe that all except Martinique are USD. Is it Euro only...?

If you get a Revolut card you can change £ into any currency you like,there and then,as long as you have a phone signal.

ATMs readily available.

Most places use the same touch/chip/PIN systems as we have in the UK.

Caribbean Dollars are the preferred currency but USD accepted everywhere. Can't speak for the islands you're visiting but they were also happy to take Sterling in St Lucia.
