Airport Transfers from Nice

Hoping the PH collective can help... does anybody have any contacts or recommendations for transfer/private hire from Nice airport?

Looking for a group of 10 up to Vars ski resort. General googling/comparison sites coming up either very bad reviews or extortionately expensive.

We will resort to car hire if need be but initially looking for a transfer option

Sadly its extortionately expensive. Expect to pay like 400/500 euros?

There is a reason all the drivers in the Cote drive mercs and teslas and have rolexs.

It seems like a 4 hour + drive each way. Surely cheaper to rent 2 x 7 seaters for the duration?

Rental from hire company in the city is substantially cheaper than from Nice Airport. Uber to town to pickup.
