French cottages

Hi all,

We're looking for a nice cottage type property in France for a week's holiday later this year, have done this in the past but each time I feel the booking and payment feels a bit iffy as you have to pay through the website with little real protection.

Vintage are legit, we've rented a villa through them in Menorca 6 years ago, and last August in the Dordogne.
