Porto in March

We are headed to Porto for 5 nights in March, and in all honesty didn't do too much research before booking.
We like to travel, try new places, and if the food and drink is as good as it was in Lisbon we'll be happy.
Aside from eating and drinking, anything we should see or do that isn't obvious? Also anything obvious/popular that isn't worth the effort?
Happy to jump on a train and venture out of the city, love walking/hiking so anything that takes us out of the city into nature for a day could be good.

Porto is fab.
I’d highly recommend walking tours. I thought they’d be a bit “old biddy-ish” but not at all.
We did a food one which started at the oldest bakery making pastel nata and then covered various local places, delicacies and wines.
We also, of course, did a port tour which was brilliant and we got to try port (lots!) in various houses, some of which we wouldn’t have discovered.
Both were free, you just tip the guide at the end. About 20 euros was the average.
Great way to discover a city and hidden gems.
Across the river (port house side) is a covered market. Some fabulous food stalls in there
