Hacked or just failed update. Went to book a crossing this morning and it's all wrong, similar on the phone app as well.

In short at least one of their label files are failing to load. Could be them, could be you, could be their edge caching provider.

That could be their fault, due to a deployment issue or content management feck-up. Site's probably still functional if you NEED to book but better to try again later when someone will have noticed/fixed it.

Could be your browser caching something it shouldn't or caching a corrupt copy. Try the usual holy trinity; try again in a private browsing window, try again after clearing your cookies and temporary files, try using a different browser.

Could be their edge caching provider in which case if you're using a VPN try connecting from a different region as these sorts of issues tend to be localised. If you're not the same holy trinity as above can sometimes help, as you can get round-robined to a different edge cache node. Otherwise either ignore or try again later as "their fault".

Three PC's, different browsers and the App all do the same. Pretty sure it's them. smile
