Virgin Atlantic Economy confusion

We are looking to fly to LAX in May. 2 adults and a 4 year old. I’m slightly confused about the VA economy options, Classic, Lite or Delight. We will be partially funding the flight with points from our VA credit card hence why we are looking at Virgin Atlantic.

Has anyone any practical experience of the different options? Legroom is a big factor for me as I’m 6’3

Recently flew to San Fran with with my dad on Virgin and went Economy Delight. I'm 6ft 4" and my dad 6ft 7" so the extra leg room was essential. It was sufficient, but not excellent. You'd actually be better off in standard economy and sitting at the very front so the bulkhead is in front of you, loads of legroom then!
