Lost luggage with Swiss

Anyone had experience of this? My bag has absconded somewhere between Dubai, Zurich and Amsterdam. Swiss lost-luggage Tracking hasn’t updated at all in 24 hours and still says “searching for bag”, I’m starting to give up hope. No real value lost but annoying all the same. When KLM lost my luggage they were able to tell me exactly where it was when I reported it and I had it back within 12 hours.
