I need to leave the car at Glasgow Airport for a couple of days.

What’s the safest or recommended car for a security conscious PHer?

A quick Google shows I have two choices really, the multi story or the regular car park a short walk from the terminal.

Both are quite safe (from my experience), the multi-storey is just a shorter walk. I always used to park in the multi-storey, but now use the surface car park as it is £20 less and only adds 3 mins to the walk. Considering we had to wait 45 mins for our bags in Feb, and the flight was delayed 30 mins, there are far greater impacts than the walk.

Don’t forget to get the 20% NHS discount. Just need a friend to send an email to get the code - https://www.glasgowairport.com/at-the-airport/airp...

I stayed in the regular car park in the end, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The bays are smaller than the usual car park standard and there were limited spaces l. Next time I’ll try the multi-storey.

I've used the regular long stay for 7 nights twice and not had any issues. Cheap, frequent free shuttle bus to the terminal and no issues getting in our out. Don't remember the spaces feeling small and I usually notice if they are!
