Looking for any advice or recommendation here please. I want to get some suitable support stockings for a a long haul flight but as soon as I start to search I get deluged with adverts (thank you Google) and now am completely bamboozled by the choice. I had a pair I bought from Boots some years ago which were like thick nylons but they became hot and uncomfortable and quite a wrestle to get on. I now realise there are lots of materials (nylon, cotton, spandex, bamboo etc) all of which have slightly different compression properties (15-20 or 20-30mmHg) and levels of comfort and durability. Has anyone used compression socks and if so is there anything you would recommend? Many thanks

As a DVT sufferer I use these > https://orthopulse.co.uk/products/high-compression...
But buy from eBay, where they're cheaper
