Mrs TY4C is visiting the UK on a tourist visa and during her stay we'd like to go on a cruise.

Departing Southampton and cruising the med for a couple of weeks.

She has a Kenyan passport

Can it be done simply.

Thanks

Just need the correct visas.

At minimum, her UK visa would need to be multiple entry plus probably a Schengen visa.
Depending on the cruise itinerary and for a two week cruise would probably need a multiple entry Schengen visa plus a visa for any other countries - maybe Turkey or Morocco (would need to check the requirements here).

Fairy straightforward if you pick a simple itinerary.

EU rules are changing over the next year for everyone:

https://travel-europe.europa.eu/ees_en Entry/Exit System (EES) expected to start in October 2025

https://etias.com/ European Travel Information and Authorisation System - Coming in Q4 2026

These won't really effect OP. ETIAS doesn't apply for Kenya and they will already have provided the info for EES when applying for a Schengen visa.

And either way, as long as they have the correct visas, the cruise line will arrange if any face to face immigration inspections needed or requested.
