Restaurant north of Toulouse

This is a bit of a long shot, we're driving from Aix en Provence to La Rochelle on Saturday and would like to plan a lunch stop that isn't a motorway service station - ideally one of those great little roadside restaurants on the old N routes that serves up decent fayre for circa 30 euros a head. We'll be on the A62 heading past Toulouse, north of which will be circa halfway.

Does anyone by chance have a suggestion that is not too far off the A62 north of Toulouse?
