The Grand Canyon North Rim Fire

If anyone is planning a trip to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon any time soon I'm sorry to say there is not much left following a significant and ongoing wildfire in the area.

The Lodge and about 50 other buildings have gone so I suspect it will be shut to tourists for a significant time.

Wow that’s shocking. Was only in one of those cabins last summer. Wonderful place and wonderful staff!
