Anyone with experience going to a Superlig match? We are doing a week in Istanbul/Cappadocia starting next weekend. We land at about 5pm Sunday and there is a Besiktas game I'd like to take my son to as a surprise...Can you wander up to the stadium and buy tickets or is it like the Prem where you need to be sorted well in advance? There are tickets available at about £75 each but it will be tight to get there so I'm pausing for now.

They are playing Eyupspor so its a localish derby...although the eyup stadium holds about 4,500 :-)

Any advice appreciated!

Nope,

You needed a Fan ID card when I've been to Fenerbache before. I had to apply for it online and then go and collect from the stadium, they gave me a temporary one for the game and I never got the real one.

I also hold a Valid Fan ID card for Lazio that I renew every 5 years.

I'm not sure if the stadium ticket office would be able to help you on the night.
