Can anyone help get me some info regarding the following possibly from flight radar? They are saying I wasn’t delayed for more than 3 hours but we were told on the flight we could claim.

Can anyone see the flight on 11/8 with planned departure date and actuals? Thanks in advance

Thank you for contacting us regarding your flight AY1344 London Heathrow - Helsinki Vantaa on 11.08.2025. We apologise that your flight was disrupted.

The EU standard compensation will not be paid in this case because the delay in the final destination was less than three hours.

Flight radar says scheduled departure from Heathrow was 13:00, actual 16:35, scheduled arrival at Helsinki 17:50, actual 20:44, flight time 2:10, aircraft was OH-LZS.

I m sure there was a case a few years ago in the European Court where someone argued that it should be the time the doors open that should count, not the landing time. Unfortunately in your case I don’t know if this will help as the replay suggests that the aircraft left the runway about half way down and literally stopped at what appears to be the nearest gate. It seems to have stopped at 2045, so the doors probably were open before 2050.

It’s the landing time that counts by the poster above detailing it so thanks for taking a look. It was 2h54 mins on landing.

Oh well worth a try.
