Munich night life suggestions

A few friends and I are off to Oktoberfest tomorrow (a stag do, but we’re now dads in ours 40s so it’ll be fairly tame/relaxed).

Apart from the festival, and the usual beer halls in the centre, can anyone recommend any late bars/clubs that would suit such a group? Looking for somewhere lively but not too trendy that we feel out of place.

Kennedys is usually the default place out by Sendlinger Tor or Kilians back of Marienplatz and just by the Cathedral.
