Not sure what's the best forum section for this - I'm thinking of going on a quick European blast in a few weeks. At the moment I'm not sure what vehicle I'm taking. If I'm brave and it's not too cold it might be the motorbike, if not it'll be the Lotus.
Booking in advance looks like £30 for bike, £60 for car.

Does anyone have any experience of just turning up/making changes on the day? will it be ridiculously expensive?

Appreciate if I book bike and take car then I'd have to pay the difference.

£59 one way. At 5 in the morning and returning same or next day. Not changeable or refundable

And most shuttles are running near empty. Go figure…

The £60 (one way) fare is for overnight/day return only and it will be from £60. Expect actual fares to be considerably more; especially at short notice.

Just go to the web site and try a booking for today or tomorrow that should give you an idea. I'm crossing in November and it's £120 each way.
