Decent mountain restaurant - Saalbach

It's my wife's 50th very soon and we are off to Saalbach. I'm looking to book a decent mountain restaurant to celebrate...table service, good food, nice views, probably eating inside and one that doesn't become horribly jammed if it's a snow day and they lose any outside seating. We're both decent skiers but would probably want a fairly easy run (or even a lift) back to town after what could be quite a foody, boozy afternoon!

Any recommendations? I've never skied in Saalbach before.

And what about decent bars where you can have a drink and a boogie? Put it like this, from a 3 Valleys perspective we're a bit more Roc7 then Folie Douce these days, and in Kitzbuhel we'd rather go to The Londoner than one of the crazy Austrian Ooompa bars.
