Dog friendly Camper van hire

Hi, the wife and I would like to try a short camper van holiday with our black Lab in the UK before considering a longer trip around Europe. Probably looking to go end of June/early July to avoid school holidays.

Any recommendations for hire companies in the Wilts/Somerset/Dorest area, and any tips do/don’ts welcome too.
