Flown on them a couple of times, LGA-CMH and back. They were fine and on-time - no complaints. We liked their terminal at LGA.

Going to massively impact domestic weekenders to Vegas / Orlando / Miami

If I was Carnival I would also be very very concerned given their demographics were significant Spirit users.

I feel bad for Spirit's employees, but Jeeezus, the product was horrendous. Think Ryanair with even more fisticuffs.
