Landside Restaurants at LHR with Runway Views?

I’m in the slightly odd position of needing to have a meeting at Heathrow, but without flying.

Are there any restaurants or cafés landside with views over the runway? Any terminal is fine, doesn’t need to be upmarket.

It’s occurred to me now that I’ve been thinking about this that whenever I fly, I go straight through security to the lounge or shops without paying the slightest bit of attention to facilities landside and now I’m paying the price

The Hilton garden inn at T2 has the runway bar on top floor but charges (I think) £25 minimum charge for those not staying

Thank you. Very nice it was too. No worries about the minimum charge when a burger is £27 on its own, but you won’t get a better view of the runways anywhere else!
