Not sure forecasts are that accurate 3-4 weeks ahead. Focus on your 'interesting' aspect and worry not about weather. In my opinion.Rome, Puglia etc.

It doesn't seem likely to change and high 30's is miserable IMO. We had a similar dilemma in early July and waited to the last minute to book so as to be confident about the weather. We had an amazing couple of weeks in Anglesey.
Friends thought I was nuts coming to Sharm at this time of year, but Europe has been mental with dangerous fires galore.
When I arrived apparently it was 45 in Spain, 39 here. Hit 41 for a couple of days, the worst days were when the temperature dropped to 36, but the humidity rose dramatically but was still out and about on the scooter, just not sitting in the sun.
The rest of the time it hasn't been an issue at all, though UV is high, gentle sea breeze and we haven't struggled at all, neither have young children, plenty of water around, sea, pools , aqua parks, , not heard anyone complaining, except those two days.
Got busier this week, guess the school holidays properly kicked in, But none of the overcrowded beaches you get in the UK and Europe.
If you are into activities on the water, just about anything is available, you don't need more than a paddle to see fantastic sea life, but diving is readily available, snorkeling is great too, just about anywhere.
This fella greeted me into the sea yesterday, barely got my feet wet, sat down and more came swimming around, different species,.
Its summer, its supposed to be hot.
