TfL undergroubd challenge . a variation

No doubt you have seen the various travel records on fastest times on the underground.. all stations in quickest time others include passing through stations alphbetically..travel on all lines etc
How about visiting all 193 sovereign countries capital cities as recognised by the UN
Rules
Must travel to each capital
Minimum hree three hours transfer time to allow new flight if on same day
A recognised carrier of either country eg can use Ryanair or Alitalia between Ireland and Italy but not Ryanair between Italy and Spain.
No restrictions of Countries being revisited
Start/finsh and arrival/departure must be same airport.
Each journey must logged using dep / arr times flight number as shown in the respective schedules
No visa problems anywhere.
Your journey can be logged on the thread ( even plane type) as you travel
No bonus points for the most variety.of aircraft .but sub divisions of type not allowed eg all 737 and subsequent models eg (737-800) will be 737
Feel free to post up your progress .. and don't forget the intl date line comes into play
No time limit, take as long as you want
