I'm looking for a Hotel in central London for the family this july or august. Ideally needs to be relatively cheap, not loking to stay in The Ritx, just somewhere half decent in a good location.

Any advice / suggestions gratefully received.

Thanks

I stayed at Umi in Bayswater for a few weeks in April. Its nice, clean and functional and in a nice location. Tube is 5 minutes away and prices are very reasonable IMO.

There are plenty of options around Bayswater Road and near Hyde Park so all pretty central and reasonable on price too.

Let me know if you want me to have a look through work, but there are some very good last minute deals through the Last Minute hotel booking sites smile

I've used Club Quarters at St Pauls for weekend breaks.

Just booked the 4* Britannia International near Canary Warf, hotelconnect has it a 35% off for some months and I got another 10% on top off that with discount code......includes buffet breakfast too, making it very very good value!
Looks decent anyway, and with the discount about the same price as a Travel Lodge in London. biggrin
