Depends on how sleazy you want it. Thailand suggestion wins that one hands down.
If you want some classier nightlife then try Warung in Brazil or Buenos Aires.
Both are like Ibiza without the ridiculous prices, and @rseholes.

Women look better too, and if you're wearing a kilt are much friendlier too.

Why not drive down the coast of france, head for S/France spain in the car? You can stop in the places you like and leave the ones you don't get on with. I am guessing you might like cars being on here. You can get through France in a day and then you have all of the French Riverira and N Spain to play about with? Road trip style? I'm doing that this summer ... albeit with the Mrs.
