Im off to St Ives in Cornwall on holiday this week.Can the PH massive suggest any good pubs and restaurants in the area ?

Pedn - Olva Hotel, They do really nice food with a good view back to the Bay.
Beech Restaurant near the harbour, stunning food with a nice atmosphere.
I will be back there on Saturday morning just for the weekend. Hope the weather stays fine !

Sloop Inn (Right on the beach in the harbor) for a good old fashioned fry up.

Watch out for the 'sky rats'... Watching new arrivals with a huge ice cream or pasty falling prey is rather entertaining

When we went a few years ago there was a really good pizzaria, can't remember the name though. It had won some award or other for best in Britain.

The fry up at the Sloop is great! I can't wait until September to get back down there

The Golden Lion in the High St in listed in the GBG - worth a punt.
