Firstly, not sure if this is in the right section, but here goes.
Been thinking of investing in a couple of statics on holiday sites, seeing as the housing market is a bit down at present, and more people are taking holidays in this country.
just wondering if anyone has any experience of owning one of these, and any pitfalls there might be, and what sort of return there is to be had.
